Recipe Type: Power Smokeless Grill

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lump crabmeat
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup crushed soda crackers
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 shallot, peeled & minced
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 red pepper, diced small
  • 2 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 0 tartar sauce or remoulade, for serving
  • 0 lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

 

  1. Place the Grill Plate on the Power Smokeless Grill and preheat the Grill to 375° F.
  2. Combine the crabmeat, eggs, crackers, mustard, seafood seasoning, shallot, mayonnaise, ground black pepper, and red pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into four 3-oz cakes.
  4. Heat the canola oil on the Grill. Add the crab cakes and cook each side until golden (5–7 mins. per side).
  5.  Serve with the tartar sauce or remoulade and lemon wedges.
