  • 2 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup sweet potato, mashed
  • 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt


  1. Place the Griddle Plate on the Power Smokeless Grill and preheat the Grill to 350° F.
  2. Heat the canola oil on the Grill.
  3. Combine the eggs, yogurt, butter, and milk in a bowl.
  4. Combine the potato, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients to make a batter.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the Griddle Plate and fry the pancakes until golden brown (3–5 mins. per side).
  6. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup, sliced bananas, and chopped pecans.
